Master Services
& Usage Mandate

Proprietary framework governing the "Room to Use" occupancy of the Naweri Point of Sale ecosystem. This is a non-legally binding agreement granted strictly for a fee.

Zero Liability Protocol Sovereign Admin Rights
MANDATE SECTION 01

1. Proprietary Occupancy

This mandate serves as the absolute operating manual for all users (hereinafter "The Occupant"). By accessing any login portal or dashboard associated with Naweri Industries, you explicitly confirm your understanding that you do not own any portion of the digital infrastructure.

1.1 The "Room to Use" Doctrine

Naweri Industries grants you a temporary, revocable, and strictly limited "room to use" our proprietary tools. This is functionally equivalent to a digital rental where the Administration retains all rights to the property, the encryption, and the access rules.

1.2 Asset Ownership: Every line of code, database schema, and automated logic flow is owned solely by Naweri Industries. Interaction with The System is categorized as temporary occupancy only.

MANDATE SECTION 02

2. The Liability Void

2.1 Absolute Risk Assumption

NAWERI INDUSTRIES, ITS FOUNDERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL OR OPERATIONAL LOSS INCURRED BY THE OCCUPANT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

2.2 Waiver of Litigation: By utilizing this software, you irrevocably waive all rights to pursue legal action, arbitration, or class action suits against Naweri Industries. We provide a tool; your choice to use it represents acceptance of its potential for failure without recourse.

Strict Provision 2.2.A: No Right to Sue

You cannot sue for system downtime, you cannot sue for data discrepancies, and you cannot sue for access denial. The Administration reserves the "Absolute Right of Eviction" without warning.

MANDATE SECTION 03

3. Technical Sovereignty

The Naweri ecosystem is a dynamic environment. To ensure asset security, we push updates and modifications to the core engine without requirement of prior notification.

3.1 Zero-Notice Update Mandate

Emergency updates may be deployed 24/7. The system may go offline, features may shift, or data views may change without prior warning. Uptime is aspirational, not guaranteed.

MANDATE SECTION 04

4. Financial Governance

Authorized resellers and occupants are subject to the sovereign authority of the Naweri Administration regarding all financial flows.

4.1 Administrative Commission Decision

All commission percentages, bonus cycles, and payout thresholds are decided solely by the Administration. There are no fixed contracts for commission rates; the Administration reserves the right to adjust, lower, or cancel payouts at its sole discretion.

4.2 Subscription Cycles: Occupancy is granted on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual cycles. If payment fails for a single cycle, the digital "locks" are changed instantly. No grace period is guaranteed.

MANDATE SECTION 05

5. Data & Soft Delete

Consistent with our Privacy Mandate, Naweri Industries employs a strategic retention policy to protect proprietary interests and security.

The 180-Day Vault Protocol

Strict Enforcement

When an account is flagged for deletion, data is not instantly erased. It enters a "Soft Delete" state to facilitate security audits and dispute resolution.

  • 1 Data is isolated in the "Restricted Access Vault".
  • 2 Retention lasts for exactly 180 days (6 months).
  • 3 Permanent purge occurs automatically after the 180th day.
MANDATE SECTION 06 // CONSOLIDATED CLAUSES

Administration is not liable for failures caused by internet outages, server host failures, acts of God, or regulatory shifts.

Indemnification

You agree to defend Naweri Industries against any third-party claims arising from your usage of the "Room to Use".

Severability

If any part of this mandate is found invalid by a court, all other sections remain in absolute force.
